Fish Fillet with Crispy Milk Granules


Kurau Fish Fillets seasoned with egg white, salt, sesame oil, oyster sauce and water
Coat seasoned fish fillets with corn flour and deep fried till golden brown, dish and drain
Melt butter in wok, pour in evaporated milk and stir-fry at low heat til dry and granules is formed
Add in salt & sugar to taste, curry leaves and chopped chili padis and stir-fry till fragrant
Add in fish, mix well and serve
