Black Forest Ham Steamed Tofu


Simple Dish for a lazy night....

Chinese Spinach
Yao Mak
White Tofu
Black Forest Ham

The Sauce : Water, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil & Rose Wine

Blanch Chinese Spinach and Yao Mak, drained and set aside.
Cut tofu and black forest ham and line them on plate like the above.
Steam over high heat for about 5 mins.
Drain water and place veges at the side.
Heat wok with a little cooking oil and boil sauce mixture in low heat.
Pour sauce mixture over tofu and vege.
Serve hot with rice.
