This will be great recipe for your kids, if they like banana and hazel-nut spread. Try this easy and yummilicious toast.
Gardenia Bread has been our best friend for many years.
Nutella Hazelnut-Cocoa Spread has been my kids' fav, but this is too sweet for me.
Spread the egg on the bread surface before putting em' into the oven to get the perfect colour and crunchy texture
Fresh banana, sliced to your fav shapes
Trimmed the side of the bread, spread with hazelnut, lined banana slices on 1 side
Place another piece of bread on top and press the side firmly
You can void this step if you use a sandwich maker. Just place the bread in the sandwich maker and lock the lid.
Grill in oven till golden brown on both sides of bread
The smooth texture of the banana & hazelnut mixture, plus the crisp of the bread...oooo...heaven!!
Too bad I am allergy to bananas!!
