Mistuxe of Turmeric Powder, Belacan & Sugar
Onions & Garlic
Heat oil in wok...add in onions and garlic and fry for 2 mins....add in turmeric mixtures and fry in low heat till fragrant....add in chicken chunks and mix well....add in water when chicken is half cooked, cover and lower heat..simmer till chicken is cooked
I was worrying that my kids will not like the taste, but surprisingly, my son ate 2 bowls of rice and my daughter complained not enough kuah!!
I made the right decision of not adding chili paste!
