Fried Chicken with Curry Leaves 咖喱叶鸡


Fresh Curry Leaves - this can be added more for stronger flavour


Fried Chicken marinaded with light soy sauce, salt, pepper and corn flour


Heat up oil in wok and saute curry leaves until fragrant. Add in chicken , seasoning mixture of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and water. Stir fry at high heat till dry.

This will be even nicer if cooked with bird's eyes chilis, but I have to void that cos' of my children!
