Chayote


Fresh Chayote marinade with some salt for about 5 minutes and wash off


Home-made fish cake and minced garlic


Heat wok, fry garlic till fragrant, add in fish cake and chayote.
Fry for about 10 minutes or until chayote soften, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and some water.
Stir well and dish.
