Curry Chicken ~ 妤恝's Style

I have always liked curries. My children loves them too with lotsa potatoes. Actually I like mine with lotsa cabbage, sometimes I add both.


I always use Kampung Chicken, as I don't like the taste of normal market chick. Sometimes, they smell horrible too!


Curry Leaves and Serai


Curry Paste


Freshly Squeezed Santan


Chopped Garlic and Onions


Potatoes


I would prefer to deep fry the potatoes cos' I like the gummy taste


Fry chopped onions and garlics


Add in chicken and curry paste


Finally add a little water and pour in the santan


Here's the final dish...
