Heat Oil & pan fry drumsticks lightly and set aside
Use the same pan, but remove the oil.
Melt butter & garlic spread, add shallots, potatoes, carrots & shiitake mushrooms ~ fry till fragrant
Add about 800ml water, once simmer, add in the chicken drumsticks and cover with lid.
Lower heat and cook for about 1 hour or till chicken meat soften
Before dishing, add black pepper and dried basil leaves
